By visiting our website at delhifoodindustries.in or by placing any inquiry, sample request, or wholesale order with Delhi Food Industries, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all buyers, visitors, wholesale partners, distributors, retailers, and any other parties who interact with our business. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Products & Business

Delhi Food Industries is a B2B wholesale manufacturer and supplier of sortex-cleaned pulses, specializing in Arhar (Toor) Dal and Moong Dal. Our services are intended exclusively for business buyers, including:

• Retailers & Kirana Stores: Businesses purchasing dal for resale to end consumers.
• Restaurants & Hotels: Food service establishments purchasing in bulk for commercial kitchen use.
• Distributors & Wholesalers: Partners purchasing for further distribution across regions.
• Food Manufacturers: Companies purchasing pulses as a raw ingredient for processed food products.

We reserve the right to decline orders from buyers who do not meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements or whose intended use does not align with our B2B wholesale model.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted by Delhi Food Industries are indicative and subject to change based on commodity market rates, seasonal availability, and transportation costs. A confirmed price is only valid once communicated in writing (via email or WhatsApp) for a specific order.

• Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing before processing. Verbal orders are not binding.
• Minimum Order Quantity: We maintain MOQ requirements which vary by product. Please contact us for current MOQ details.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are advance payment or as mutually agreed in writing. We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and bank transfers.
• GST: All applicable GST will be charged as per Government of India regulations and clearly mentioned on the invoice.
• Price Validity: Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quotation. After expiry, prices may be revised without prior notice.

Quality & Standards

Delhi Food Industries is committed to supplying consistent, high-quality pulses that meet FSSAI standards. All our products are:

• Sortex Cleaned: Every batch passes through advanced sortex machines to remove stones, impurities, and discoloured grains.
• FSSAI Compliant: Our manufacturing and packaging processes comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India regulations.
• Graded & Uniform: Products are graded for size and uniformity to ensure consistent cooking quality.

While we maintain strict quality controls, minor natural variations in colour, size, and moisture content may occur between batches due to the agricultural nature of the product. Such natural variations do not constitute a quality defect.

Delivery & Logistics

We supply pan-India and work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of your bulk orders.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Responsibility: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are dispatched from our facility and handed over to the logistics partner.
• Packaging: Products are supplied in standard jute bags, PP bags, or as mutually agreed. Custom packaging is available for large orders.
• Freight Charges: Freight and transportation charges are as per the quotation. Ex-factory or delivered pricing is clearly specified in each order.
• Delays: Delhi Food Industries is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

Returns, Claims & Disputes

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of a genuine quality issue, the following process applies:

• Claim Window: Quality claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the goods, supported by photographic evidence and a written complaint via email or WhatsApp.
• Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the goods or request a sample before processing any claim.
• Resolution: Accepted claims may result in a replacement of goods, credit note, or partial refund at our sole discretion.
• Non-Returnable Conditions: Goods that have been stored improperly, mixed with other stock, or used in part are not eligible for return or replacement.
• Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Delhi Food Industries website — including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Delhi Food Industries and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• The Delhi Food Industries brand name, logo, and trade dress may not be used by any third party without explicit written authorization.
• Product photography and descriptions may not be used by buyers for their own marketing without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Delhi Food Industries shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
• Loss of business, revenue, or profit resulting from delivery delays or product unavailability.
• Losses arising from improper storage, handling, or use of our products after delivery.
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided on our website, which is subject to change without notice.

Our total liability in any matter related to your order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

Delhi Food Industries reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
